The CL-44 was a turboprop airliner and cargo aircraft based on the Bristol Britannia that was developed and produced in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Although innovative, only a small number of the aircraft were produced for commercial operators worldwide.

An aircraft now 50 years old where the fuselage would swing open to allow large cargos to be loaded including elephants, race horses, an aircraft etc. Complete history with film clips of the aircraft.
