Just a note that many of the train rides featured currently on BBC 2 (Great Railway Journeys) are available as cab-rides from us !!

New for January (and now all available) our freight release is - GBRF30 - Newcastle/Hartlepool/York - in fact the Class 66 unit departs from Pelaw Loop just outside Newcastle.

Our pasenger release is NR29 - Nunthorpe/Hartlepool/Newcastle - great footage some along the Northumberland Coast.

Continuing our 10th anniversary special releases we continue with our Cumbrian Coast footage - NR35 Barrow-in-Furness to Preston and NR36, Preston to Barrow-in-Furness.

With our past releases from Berwick to Helensburgh Upper and onwards to Fort William we are now releasing for Christmas two further West Highland Line routes : - they are SCR02 - Fort William to Mallaig and SCR03 - a double dvd  Mallaig/Fort William/ Crianlarich - two routes filmed earlier this year. These are complete journeys - great footage on rather nice days in Scotland!!

There's new footage with Chiltern Railways - their new mainline service from Marylebone to Birmingham Moor Street our CHN07 !

Our December releases were : -

GBRF28 Drax Power Station to Port of Tyne, arriving Port of Tyne under the vale of twilight, GBRF29 - Port of Tyne to Drax - a slower journey as we are pulling tons of coal.

NR10 is Sheffield/Doncastr/Hull - our passenger release.

And we have updated our journey from Southend Victoria to Livepool Street and back - new autumn footage taking in the new Southend Airport Station - our 'ONE30'.

Just a reminder that our prices on the website are shown without VAT element which is added in the shopping cart - single dvds retail at £22.00 and double dvds a £25.99.

Two great freight journeys have been added to our library - GBRf31 and GBRf32 - along an area where no passengers travel.

The Blyth & Tyne Lines just north of Newcastle !! Yes we travel through the closed stations of Bedlington and Ashington - hopefully one day the passenger traffic could be back. Great footage to enjoy.

July marked the 10th anniversary of our cab-ride journeys and we released two new recently filmed routes—Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and Barrow-in-Furness to Carlisle along the Cumbrian Coast—each one a double dvd at £25.99 through some splendid scenery close to the sea-wall !!

In the South West Trains section there is a re-edit of 2 of our journeys with a cab-ride from  Portsmouth & Southsea to Salisbury and onwards to Bristol Temple Meads—the return goes through to Portsmouth Harbour. We have released for the summer our second in our cab-ride journeys to and from Fort William—Helensburgh Upper on the West Highland Line to Fort William GBRF 38 but filmed in daylight aboard a Class 156 unit!

By popular demand following the success of our Carlisle to Leeds in the snow we are Leeds/Settle/Carlisle filmed in the early summer - a full journey as always and a double dvd release - NR 15
